COVID19 Cancellation Policy

 

Booking DIRECT with us: If a state border closure or lockdown has been imposed where you live, we allow you to cancel your booking up to 24 hours before arrival, as long as we are informed of your cancellation within 48 hours of the these restrictions being issued by government.

Booking with an agent eg Booking.com, Expedia etc: Their cancellation policy applies – which is generally full cost payable within 30 days of arrival
